This plugin allows to use the following placeholders for placeholderapi, and i want to use it for my server with team-based prefixes&suffixes.

Displayname + team color

Team prefix
%team_suffix%
Team suffix
Its a really simple plugin but useful, i was about to do one but i saw this one and works fine.
Its in the placeholderapi list too.
