The lastest version of mcmmo plugin can be found in Spigot. But since it's a paid plugin, they can't add it.

Are you sure that's aternos?

Yeah, it's not aternos and Aternos simply can't add newer versions because they moved to GitHub which can't be used for plugins on Aternos.
