I forgot my password to an unlinked account.I contacted aternos and they said that I can't change my password to an unlinked account,but I only want to know the password or download the world.

Did you try asking them to download the world?

It’s normally because it’s hard to have proof that you actually own the server. Try to give them some proof.

Sending proof is unnceccessary here. Just remember your Aternos Username or your Server IP, they will eventually find it and recover it for you. However they don't have the ability to send you the world though.
