[PLUGIN REQUEST] ProjectKorra Addon Plugin - ProjectAddons V.2

Hi Aternos Team,

I am requesting that you add this Plugin to your site. It is a custom plugin that myself and a partner created based off of the ProjectKorra plugin.

The plugin adds a few different things, mainly abilities and since you can't add custom files to the site we thought to make it an addon that doesn't need to go in any special place.
