I cant find Plugins that work with 1.16.3, is there a way to update the plugins?

(Note that Aternos doesn't develop plugins in any way, only the author of the plugin can.)

This one supports 1.16+ (3rd link): https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/chestshop.51856/
The other two will be most likely not work for 1.16.
Advice: You should look up the "Version list" (or maybe reviews) just to know if that plugin supports 1.16.3 server or not.
