This thread is to tell my experience of how I finally managed to op myself through the console while my name had a space and it wasn't working.
So what I did was I figured out that the console is actually kind of like a player. It doesn't play but you can run all commands on it including oping.
So the command I put in was "Op @a" (no "s) and it worked. What this code does is it ops all players in your server so if your the only one playing then you can just op your self at that time.
I hope that if there is anyone who was having trouble with this like me, this will help them out a little.
