I did, unfortunately it still crashes. Here are the new logs: https://mclo.gs/7V6SLiN
In the logs it says I don't have forge and a bunch of numbers. I know I have forge but it says I don't have the correct version so when I go and try to get the new version it doesn't even appear.

Try updating to forge 14.23.5.2854

Try generating a new world.
Your server might also be overloaded, so removing some mods might also help
