Hello, I logged out of my aternos account a few days ago and lost my password to it. I forgot to link an email to my account as well, so is there any alternative way to get the password back again?

The only way to recover your password is with an email, if you don't have you probably can't recover it. And if you want to recover your server, you may use backups: Make a new account >> make a new server >> connect the same Google account that you used with your old account >> restore a backup.
