I want to disable water and lava in world edit but I don't know how. Anyone knows?

Go to this: https://aternos.org/files/plugins/WorldEdit/config.yml, press Ctrl + F -> find the world "disallowed-blocks" -> add Block IDs (8,9,10,11 are water and lava).
Don't worry, the example has been done for you.
