Huge Problem with server

Someone heeelp! I create the server, everything goes perfectly fine. the server is online, me and my friend are in the right version, and when we try to join, it just kicks us! The ip is 100% correct, but the server just doesn't work. When it is online, the server in minecraft doesnt display any message.

io.netty and something other like that and then connection timed out-no further information, same for me and my friend. Server is online right now (ProjectPiggy.aternos.me) but we cant join

The same has happened not only to me and my friend, but also my brother who had the exact same problem and couldn't join the server. We thought aternos just stopped working completely, but i saw people discussing about it here and being able to join, so i wanted to give it another chance by looking for help in the community
