Server icon when it is offline

when server is created, on its ip adress will some other low power server send motd (this server is offline/starting/waiting...) and i think invalid version.

i would like to know if it is possible to attach server icon to the aternos server to show when its offline (at least it could show the picture which is there while online)

If your server has a server-icon set your client should load it when the server is online and cache it.

As soon as the server is offline again your client should display the cached icon

it does that until it loads the motd (you refresh/connect to internet), then the icon vanishes and displays blank (pack.png)... im on 1.16.4 btw

It looks like the behavior of how Minecraft caches that icon changed in 1.16 without notice.

We'll have to evaluate if we can solve that.
