Server with create 0.3b 1.16.4 doesnt starts

    So when i tries to start server with 2 mods (create and jei) theres so much forge logs (smth about uncorrect values and that they changes from null to smth looks correct). At the last orange color line theres message about error with spawn chunk creation. Then, a lot of green lines about creating spawn chunk starts to appear with percent counter, and after ~5 minutes server preparation crashed on 74%. R someone knows how to setup server correctly with that mods? I gonna try to create singleplayer world and import it to server, maybe its will help?
