Implement a tab/bot that shows the current status of modpack implementation

I think it would be a great idea if people could view what mods are being added and what stage they are, since for example december 27 there have been no response to the add direwolf20 1.16 modpack, it would be nice to see how much longer till it gets here or in what stage of addition it is.

The status is no one got to it until it's either denied or approved

Well modpacks get denied quickly so why are they not accepted quickly?

Because accepting them requires us to install and test them, and to add them to the Aternos system.

Denying them only requires us to reply with "Denied". Obviously, the first options takes longer.
