So i want to tp a player that pressed the presureplate to another world and i typed in mvtp @p PVP but it wont work.

This is because the plugin does not recognize @p, and will, instead, search for a player by the name of @p.
You could use something like a Multiverse Sign for this, though, where the player must right click on said sign to get teleported.

IIRC you can use command hooks to enable @-selectors for non-minecraft commands
