So i want to find a way to disable the end portals and enable them in my server whenever i want, is that possible? and if it is how do i do it?

If you use a Bukkit software (Paper Spigot), you can find that in the bukkit.yml file, go to https://aternos.org/files/bukkit.yml and where says allow-end change it to False.
