i am playing on tl launcher and every time i try t join a server, and "io.netty.abstractchannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection Timed out: no further information", is there any other way i can join the server without buying minecraft? or isit a problem with my wifi

Try using the DynIP. It's at the connect thing

If it doesn't work with the DynIP then don't use TLauncher (use the official Minecraft from https://minecraft.net)
