I have a question. I want to move to Official Minecraft server hosting, but i wonder will my progress save (i mean items i have in my inventory). Or is it that only the world you created saves?

Do you mean realms?
As long as you can upload worlds to realms, you can take your progress -

I still dont get it tbh
Either you host yourself, using any host (like aternos or whatever) or you play realms.
There isn't such thing as official server hosting apart from realms which is weird anyway -
Sure, just download your world on https://aternos.org/worlds
