When exactly did that happen?

The crash was a few hours ago now.
Everyone was just doing their own thing

How do I explain?

Before any crashes started to happen
The server tps was just incredibly low
We thought it could be because of how many players (10-12)
or the plugins we added in the server to have caused the slowness
Then somewhere around 11:00 PM (GMT +8), the first crash happened
So we took the time to delete some plugins. One
of the plugins (Invsee++) was Java 11 dependent so
I reverted to Java 8 and reinstalled a few plugins
then booted back the server. tps was still slow but we didn't mind it.
The second crash was around 2:00 AM (GMT +8)
and the log I gave was the second crash

Both crashes happened because your server was overloaded and run out of RAM.
Too many plugins or bad plugins can cause that. Many players in combination can amplify the effect.

Ohhh ok! How can I know if the plugin is causing lag(?) so that I know what to remove
