How can I put my tickspeed down?

    So basically I set it too high like 9000 when It meant to be 900, It's a really important server and I am not able to use the /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in the console and I tried a rollback too but nothing really helped, I am unsure what to do, I tried some of the past threads but it didn't work either
