Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded?

    I started a Server with my Friend we played on it about a Month, and now after we returned 3 months later and played some houres i set the tickspeed up a liitle bit. Now if we want to connect to the server it wont let us break anything or eat and throwning us out after a minute( it says timed out) and when i look in the log it says Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? can somebody help me?
