CAN SOMEONE LINK ME TO THE GLIBY’S VOICE CHAT MOD ON ATERNOS?

Alright so- I saw a thread where one of the engineers, Roman, said to a person when they asked for gliby's voice chat mod, and he said he added it, but I can't find it on aternos, I've looked through all the modpacks. If I'm not supposed to find it in modpacks can someone please explain where and how to add it on the server? I tried installing other mods and using forge on my server, but it usually crashes or doesn't make the mod work on the server.
