GregTech 5 World Generation Faults

I've been trying to integrate both GT5U and GT5 as well as GregTech: Community Edition into my modded servers but I've been unable to because the world generation persistently refuses to work. In GregTech, ores are found in massive clusters spanning 100-300 blocks in diameter containing all of the ores that normally would not generate. In addition, some GregTech ores do manifest, but in small, vanilla-like veins. However, as with GregTech standard, vanilla ores do not generate. Anyone care to shed some light?

Well, wouldn't that just cause proper oregen to occur in the starting chunks and not anywhere else?
