Pluggin wont delete

I downloaded a factions map for my new server https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…ion-map-scoreboard.23071/

and I have tried deleting it from the pluggins folder but it wont delete. Can someone please help.

Make sure that you delete the folder (That item with the folder icon in front of it) and the plugin itself (That item with the file icon in front of it and with the ".jar" at the end of the filename)

Ok thanks for the response but I can only find the folder and not the .jar pluggin

The name of the plugin seems to be base.jar
