server keeps crashing, please help me

I'm trying to create a modded forge 1.16.3 (34.1.42) server, but it keeps crashing. I don't really understand the crash logs, so I don't know if I need to remove certain mods or whatnot. I'd really appreciate if someone helped me. Thank you.
