LockedItems

I added this plugin into my server https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/locked-items.4822/ and it said that the permissions etc are set to false by default and that i have to enable them, but the .jar file was not accessible and the only things i can acces are .yml files of the recipe, language and chets, and i saw that chests had no code written in it so i downloaded the plugin made every false into a true and copied the code into chests.yml but still i cant get the permission to lock chests.

I will try it and notify you if it worked.
