Lost account

Basically me and my friends played on a hardcore world for a really long time. I went to make a skyfactory 4 server I didn't use the same account so the account should exist but when I put the username in with the password I used it says username doesn't exist. I didn't use an email so I was wondering if there is any way I can get my server back.
