Is there a way I can confirm a mod is active in my server/game?

  • I need some help determining whether a server I'm running has the mods I installed running on it. The only one I have on the server is the Fossils and Archeology one with its dependencies. Now, I could just be experiencing some bad luck, but I haven't encountered any of the blocks that come packaged with the mod. Is there a way that I can tell, in game, if the mod is running/was implemented when the server was created?

Alternatively, is there a way I can check that I installed the mods properly server-side? To answer the easy questions, I followed Aternos' tutorials on installing the correct versions of Forge, the F&A mod itself with its complimentary library, and then installed all those directly to my version of Minecraft too.

  • What should I see in the log that lets me know if it's there? I should have said I'm not very server-code-savvy.

Update: So I set myself to Creative mode so see if I could find anything in that menu. Strangely enough, I found that I had all the dino's spawn eggs, but none of the plants, blocks, or machines (fossil blocks, palm tree logs and planks, analyzer, etc.). How do I have some of things and not everything?

  • Alright, I'll try checking in with them. In the meantime, is there a way that I can share my log with you or someone that would know what to look for so that if that's the issue, someone can point that out to me?

Update: I described my situation to the F/A Discord, and they say it sounds very irregular and that the current version of the mod should be perfectly functional with the versions and dependencies I have downloaded on my unit and the Aternos server.
