Display server screen

I was wonder if you can add like a display server screen button so we can see what is going on in our server without actually opening minecraft. Time to time in your server you likely can be a little suspicious of people but you can't start minecraft because of certain conditions. So it will be nice if you can add a display server screen. (the displaying part is like your a invisible person and you can move around but you can't do anything besides teleporting to people.
