Hi My Minecraft server has recently been crashing and id like to know the reason behind it and possibly the answer to fix it.

I have recently tried to play on this server that I have made for modded Minecraft stoneblock wich is quite frustrating because it took a long amount of time to load and then it crashed and my friend and I never got to join please help here is the crash log.
