so i just got invited to a server by my friend, and when i got in it said that i was banned from a operator, when i contacted them they said they didnt do anything and i was the problem i dont know what to do. they tried to unban me said i didnt appear in the banned list, pls help me it was an auto ban

According to the banned players list you're still banned.
Go to the players page -> banned players and remove you from there
