Yes i install CraftBukkit 1.8.7_EXPERIMENTAL and plugins.But i don't have

You are installing your plugins in the correctly version ?
1.7.9 Plugins dont get installed on 1.8.7 servers -
Try to install the plugins while your server is online , and then,restart your server
In 1.8,plugins may not work with /reload -
