Add forge version 1.12.1

According to the weather2 website the latest versions of that mod support 1.12.2 too: (As I explained above)

1. The latest version of that mod is available and works on 1.12.2

2. It also has a 1.7.10, 1.10.2 and 1.11.2 version

That's just the file name.

And, I repeat myself, these files support 1.12.1 and 1.12.2. At least the creator of that mod says that on his website:
