Fatally missing registries

Hey, can someone help me? I looked at some previous threads with the same problem but none helped. All of the mods and forge are on the same version as in .minecraft folder. I tried deleting config folders (both in .minecraft folder and on aternos).

I tried, still not working

I deleted config folder on the server as well as in the minecraft folder but still the same issue

Strange... I have it on my pc, I tried deleting it and the config files (again) from server and removed them from pc and still the same problem.
