Ars Magica 2 crashing server on boot up

My friends server keeps crashing on start up, but i cant tell what the issue is. I've tried to help but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what the issue is? We really want to use Ars Magica 2

The am2 stack trace looks like a bug in the mod itself.

But the whole crash report contains also stuff about thaumcraft. So you can try to remove that mod, but I don't know if this will fix the problem.
