I have a personal minecraft server in aternos that I've been using with forge mods, and today the "mods" directory isn't visible from "Files", the server acts as if it doen't have any mods, and I can't install any mod neither, because it isn't saved anywhere, the server have been working great, with some common errors like crashing a few times everytime I was going to start it and play, or crashing while in the game, but I've never seen parts of the server just dissapearing before, please help.

What can i do to restore the files if i didn't make a backup before the bug happened ?

I did that but every item i had from the mod disappeared . Expect for those that i had on me or where in the ender chest . The mod that i used is AoA3 3.4.6-1.15.2.
I saw the detected problems in the log and created a backup.
I updated forge to 31.2.49 and the mod to version AoA3 3.4.7-1.15.2 and saw that the items are missing .
Loaded my backup and installed the version of the mod i had before and the items where still missing .

I downloaded the backup and loaded it on my computer and the items including now the ones that where in the ender chest are deleted.
Any solutions to my problem ?
