Why don't biomes from "Biomes O' Plenty" generate in my server's world?

    I am currently running a modded 1.16.4 server with the Biomes O' Plenty mod enabled. My issue is that despite having the mod installed on my server, none of the biomes added with the mod are actually generating. I traveled the world, and only Vanilla biomes generate, the only thing from the mod that is present are the blocks added, which only can by accessed by the creative inventory. Using the /locatebiome command doesn't register any of the biomes. I thought this was an issue on my part, so I create another world not on a server, and everything looks fine on there. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the configuration files or something on my part.

    When you create a new world (I believe Multiplayer servers also work), click on "More World Options..." and you have the option to change your world type to Biomes O' Plenty. If you don't change the world type to this you'll get the regular vanilla biomes.
