I tried to configure the mod through the config file on the site, but there are no changes in the game itself. How to properly configure mods on the server?

I have edited the cfg file in the server files. I pressed the save button and restarted the server after making the changes. The changes in the file itself have been preserved, but nothing has changed in the game (the useLocalResources function is set to 0).

If the mod configuration file saves correctly it's probably a bug in the mod itself.
You can contact the mod creator about that.
