Make sure to install the correct version of the plugin that is compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot version. Also make sure that command blocks are enabled at the 'My Server' page.

I have got the Fix (not really a fix but a alternative)! Use the first Plugin version for the Minecraft Version 1.8!
