Installing and Downloading error - Sentry

Hi Aternos!

I have a problem when I Install a plugin, I try to install the plugin named ''Sentry''
Link: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/sentry-citizens2
When click in the button of install, The plugin dont download, Only appears : Downloading plugin, but nothing happens...
20 minutes later... Same.

Ok, I download the plugin with Mozilla and Chrome, They Works but the plugin is not working.
When the plugin is in the Plugin carpet, The format of the plugin is in .zip, I tried billions of times and the plugin is in .zip. (You can view my carpet)

Help me!

Why the X? 'cause i install 5 diferent versions and any is not working.
