findless mod options for the server

i was searching a way to change some of my server´s mod settings to make able the possibility to have the comes a live villagers with also pixelmon installed and change some mod settings also... but when i tried ways to change them (like entering in the esc button the mod setting list) didn´t work to change the mod options... there is a way to change the server´s mod settings?

that isn´t the thing.... i say the ingame mod settings on the server, i need to change some mod settings inside the server when it is open, that type of mods can´t change settings with commands
