Is there a way to add downloaded plugins to aternos?

Is there a way to go into the plugins folder and move plugins you download to your pc and put them in aternos? I want to see if I could use litebans without having to suggest it to aternos (since they will deny it). By put them in aternos I mean move them into the plugins folder.
