I would like to add the plugin that allows you to get custom enchants by using enchanting table like this plugin http://mods.curse.com/bukkit-p…/minecraft/enchantmentapi
And I plugin for custom smelting recipes

And I would like to have pixelmon as a mod

They only accept plugins from dev bukkit and Spigot.
As for pixelmon, single mods can't be added.
