I am also struggling with the same issue, restarting the server did nothing. As well as reinstalling the server

I think this is just a problem in aternos itself and they just haven't updated it right or forgot to add a mod or something so we just have to wait until they update it again

We are already aware of this problem.
However there is no way for us to fix this at the moment because curseforge has been down all day.
