im trying to download 3 mods into my server

FabricAPI
all 3 will not show up in my mods folder when I download them. I get the checkmark to say they are installed but they don't show up in the folder and when I play the server the mods are not there. I've tried completely trashing the server and trying again but I got the same problem.
