EssentialsX: how can I set specific commands so regular players can use?

Hi, so I’ve installed essentialsx on to my server and it works fine. But I have a few questions, how can I allow players to only use /tp, /home, /spawn. I don’t want regular members from my server to kill others and do what OPs can do. Anyone know how to give them access to basic commands and turn the others off? Pls help !!! I can’t find any info on it
