Achievements not working for players

So, for some odd reason, I can get achievements but no one else on the Java Minecraft server can. Can someone help please?

It is vanilla, 1.17, 25 slots, whitelist on, monster on, force gamemode off, survival, not cracked or fly, villagers on, normal, pvp, animals, and nether are all on. Quick note, there are no ops. Does this help?

Nope, did it, still, nothing worked

The last time I tried (It was like Thursday) the issue still persisted.

I get achievements on my server, (the ones that pop up at the top right of your screen and the ones that pop up in chat) but other players, for example, my brother, do not get these types of achievements. I will test again after vacation, but does this help?
