Earlier, I was playing Minecraft using aternos. While I was in the world, I wondered why there weren't any villages found near me. I concluded that it was probably because of the seed because I didn't change the seed before making a whole town in this world. I wasn't aware; I'm just new to Minecraft. I decided to change the world seed, and I thought I would still have all my stuff back and the houses, but I spawned to a jungle which led to my conclusion that I probably will not have any of my stuff anymore. Is there any way I can get the seed back and all my stuff? I mean, using the saved files or something. Just to get it all back. Me and my girlfriend I really worked hard on that world, even though it's only been a week.

You have to restore a backup.
If you don't have any Backup there's no way to get anything back.
