when you do /pl does it show up? if yes, is it red or green?
do you have any error messages in the log? if yes, please post them

It doesn't appear, no error messages

Probably it has been compiled in a different Java version than we use on our systems.

Did you install a plugin server software (spigot or bukkit) and the appropriate plugin version?

We will update to Java 8 in future, but it will still take some time.
