EasyHeightLimit plugin

When looking for the plugin I needed, I ran into one problem. I didn't find it in the Plugins tab. I decided to find it on the sites from which Aternos takes plugins/mods and I found the plugin I needed and clicked on the "Suggest plugin" button. When I entered the link, I was shown that such a plugin is already available. But I still could not find him. I wanted to ask: this means that it is under consideration for an addition or it will not be available?
