Server keeps crashing

me and my friends are trying to play modded Minecraft together but it keeps crashing and I cant figure out why.

can someone tell me why its crashing and how to fix it

yeah it works when I remove it but I really wanted bewitchment on it, so is there any other way or can i just not have bewitchment
